We want to commend our recent technician Robert Smith. We have had a mainly exterior ant problem on and off for a number of years. When other technicians have come to address the problem they were unable to satisfactorily remedy the problem for any length of time. When Mr. Smith came he was very helpful, knowledgable and applied products that were not tried before. He was very concerned about our problem and tried to the best of his ability to deal with the ants in the areas we showed him. We did request him one more time when we saw ant activity in another area and you honored our request to send him specifically. Things are much improved now and although I’m sure we will need more treatments over time as it would be impossible to never expect an ant issue again. We will continue to request Mr. Smith.
Other technicians have come to address our termite prevention and monitoring program. They have all been very pleasant and professional. Any calls we have made regarding issues have been addressed in a timely manner which we very much appreciate. We have recommended your company to friends and will continue to do so.

Our Service Provider Justin is the absolute best. He takes his job seriously and he always gives 100%. He lets me know when he is coming to treat my property and he shows up on time. He gives me tips on how to keep my property free of pest that have proven to be a great tool for me.

Juan Jones was the inspector who came to my house for ants and carpenter bees. He could not have been more courteous and nice. Since I do not know much about what Terminix does, I put all my trust in Juan. I look forward to additional treatments.
The techs are of good cheer. They explain what is happening and send a notification a couple of days prior to arrival

I trust Terminix! Plain and simple. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. The folks who come to my house take the time to explain things to me and more importantly ask questions too.
Last week, the day after Terminix came for my quarterly treatment, some dude walking the street, knocks on my door to try and sell me pest control. I told him Terminix checks all the boxes for me. I'm not changing service providers on this one.
