When it comes to the sales person that answered the phone, I give her a 2! Had the personality of a used car salesman, instead of listening to the issue we were having. She was more interested in pushing a package deal on me. Then she failed to tell me about a prior inspection date and time, so I was only expecting someone here on the date/time for the service. I called again to ask if someone was actually showing up at my house in the next half hour...which was 6:30 in the morning, after finding out via text.
Sara keeps in touch from start to finish. We really appreciate her professionalism!

I have full confidence in Michael Pearson's ability to take care of our extermination needs; however, I have a problem with the changing rates without prior notification. I understand that supplies & personnel have increases but they don't just appear out of the blue. So if a new rate change has to take place, then I'd like to be notified prior to getting a bill or we might need to find other means of keeping up our extermination on our property.
As I've stated before, their services are very good. The follow-ups are for certain. They always let me know ahead when they plan a visit. Also, I find the contract fee agreeable, quite agreeable for the services I require. Thank you Terminix 😊
Jim Meyers the service person is knowledgable, explains what need to be done and then waht was done. He is friendly. I feel I can call him with any questions or concerns and that he would be responsive. He's the reason I have contracted with Terminex. He is EXCELLENT.
