Terminix is one of the best Pest Control companies. That’s my reason for my score. The communication between the technician and the customer about appointments needs improvement. You cannot assign a customer an appointment without informing them ahead of time the date and time of the appointment. The technician text or call you minutes before your appointment and you have no knowledge of the appointment because the customer was not informed and had an appointment on that day or the customer is not home. Customers should be informed when appointments are made for them ahead of time so no one time is wasted. This is my experience from the past. I hope there’s better communication in the future. You’re still the BEST!!
My terminex guy who comes to my home, Renee, is so friendly and smiles. It's refreshing. Also, the ppl who answer the phones are always friendly and welcoming.

Jeramy is one of the best text service man there’s is very times he comes to my house he will always ask me it’s okay to do the work when he comes in the house he always wears his booties before he comes in the house he’s doesn’t wants to make my house dirty and he’s really does a great job when he starts he’s does move things that need to be moved and sprayed he is great. I if can shoot I would like to have him come and do a job at my house all the time I do not want any body else. I’m appreciated what he has done. I need to let you know that this man is so cool. That’s for does a great job.

The exceptional professionalism Philip showed as well as willing to combat the problem of fleas and german roaches in my home was beyond remarkable. We had never had a problem with either pest before.

The service is very good and convenient.
My recent service is going well. Had previous issues going back several years. I would prefer knowing they have scheduled a visit to come prior to the actual day. I prefer being home when they arrive just in case I have encountered issues I need them to address inside my home.
