Techs are reliable and always show up. And your scheduling ensures I don't miss treatments because I forget to schedule them myself. Also, pls. add to my account: pls do not service on Saturday's. It's not a good day in general and I didn't realize you did Sat services. I missed the email telling me this else I would have changed it. Kristian has been my technician for years. He always keeps me informed. He sends me a text the day before he will be onsite and just before he is going to arrive so I can ensure my dogs are in the house. He is also thorough, efficient and professional during each visit.
I first want to give a shout out to Matthew Rawson, the technician that services my house for the quarterly application. He is very personable and responsive.
I have been using Terminix for years and am please that insects and mice are kept out of the house. However, Terminix has been slow to respond for needs in-between applications in the past.
He always is communicative, on time, and helps with all my needs.

Responsive service
Chris is professional, polite and friendly. He texts me a day or two reminging me when he will be coming. Asks if I have any issues for him. He arrives on time, completes the job, emails me the results and what all he does.
Why, because we ain’t had no pesky buglettes outdoors or inside since y’all have been schpritzenizing every 3 months for the last, HECK! I dunno… maybe 1,000 years since Terminicks bought out that ALTERRA Outfit we had the original contract with.

Our technician, Mike Turgeon, is the main reason I would recommend Terminix to friends and neighbors. He is very thorough and responsive to questions and concerns, always let’s us know when he is coming so we can be home if we need to speak with him, and is also extremely knowledgable.
