I am very satisfied with Terminex service. BUT I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR DELIVERY OF TWO QUEEN SIZE MATTRESS CASINGS FOR OVER A YEAR. LATELY i HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES AND NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. THESE CASINGS ARE ALREADY PAID FOR AND I'D LIKE TO KNOW WHEN I'M GOING TO RECEIVE THEM.
