Peter had been serving our community for many years. It was delightful to have him return to the neighborhood. As is customary for all Terminex Technicians, Peter arrived within the scheduled time frame and consistently pays attention to the details we discussed when we first initiated service. I had requested that no chemicals be applied near my front door to avoid potential staining, and he has adhered to this request from the very beginning. Upon his departure, all of our gates were securely closed, and we truly appreciate him as an individual.

The service technician that administers the treatment is very professional and considerate. Educated about his work and communicates well and works clean. The person that came out to estimate the work and see about repairs was not as clear about his employees scope of work so he oversold some services like painting and using colored caulking for decorative purposes inside. All in all I am quite pleased with the service

My service provider, Khalil was amazing! He called before his arrival to ask if it would be helpful for him to arrive earlier than my scheduled time. This was perfect for me because I could use the time back on my calendar. If that didn’t work, he was more than willing to keep the original time schedule. When Khalil arrived, he took a needs assessment. I shared information about the problems I had— and he carefully listened before doing anything. Khalil provided exceptional services. He walked with me around the house, explained what he would do, and alerted me of any safety precautions. He made sure to tell me what to watch out for in the next 24 hours and how to reach out if I need any further assistance before his next visit. He went above and beyond to make sure all my concerns went addressed.
