The tech sent to do my initial treatment (Hally) was incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. I was not impressed with the call center and their explanation of what package I needed. Hally was able to help with my needs and explained everything well. If not for her, I likely would have cancelled the whole plan.

The prices are getting too high. The customer service is questionable sometimes but if brought to someone's attention, Terminix is quick to resolve it. Questionable in that I was told I had an appointment but it was rescheduled without my notification. Luckily I had called in to verify I had one, Terminix quickly responded.
