He always shows up when he says he will, does a comprehensive job, and does not rush to complete the work early; he stays until the work is complete. He is a major asset and why I continue to use Terminix.
My bug guy is fantastic! The termite technician is not as communicative about their visits.

Arthur, our Terminix technician is very reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. He also always is very thorough.
Every visit is preceeded by a courtesy text stating the date & window of arrival. My serviceman always arrives within that window and let's me know he's beginning service then asks if I've noticed any pests inside my home. They are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I'm very pleased with Terminex and have said so to friends and other service providers seeking my business.
