Appointment was scheduled for 3-5 pm, and technician was here at 10:30 am when I was not home . I wanted to talk with him directly about my property and didn’t get a chance to, which upset me. I don’t know if all the areas were treated.
The technician is very professional and transparent. I love that fact that he shows pictures of the yard and is very clear of what was done and if anything is needed to be done.

Because the worker calls a day ahead to let me know the time he will schedule for the next day. He also calls when he’s on his way and when he gets here he let me know he’s here and asked are there’s any issues that he need to address more than others… and when he’s finished his job he let me know what all the areas sprayed before leaving and if any problems arises before next visit to called the company to schedule a visit to assist with the problem…
The tech was very knowledgeable and did a good job. There were two dead mice in the attic and he replaced the old traps in attic and garage. A very pleasant young man.
