We have always received great customer service! Our technician would call us to let us know when our service would be and then would call on his way. He answered our questions and was friendly and courteous.

I am always happy with the service and with the techs. No complaints there.

The reason why I didn’t give you a 10 is because of your scheduling process. I never know when you will be coming, and I prefer to be at home when the tech comes. At the time of my most recent service, I actually had something inside my house that I wanted to bring up with the tech, but I had plans that could not change and was not able to be present or address the issue I had. I would prefer that whenever my house is put on your schedule that I receive a text or email with the date so that I may adequately prepare for your visit. There is no reason not to automate that, and telling me “just to check online” for when my appointment is scheduled doesn’t really work well.

And, the “window” you offer is almost never adhered to. I think the technician should be able to predict if he will make the “window” or not, and let the customer know that they will be late.

I fully understand the need for a window, but I would ask you to respect my time as well, by telling me my appointment date/time when it is scheduled, and by keeping me posted if you are not going to be able to keep to the stated window.

Personnel are very professional and kind. They are eager to help in any way possible. Thanks for the great job you are doing. However, I don't like the fact that the price keeps rising for these services. It isn't easy to afford.

Very quick to respond to our needs, and very friendly and detailed on what we needed from the initial phone call to the visit. Our tech is very knowledgeable and we trust him to protect our home.

The employees are thorough and professional. The guys have noticed that I'm now disabled and instead of ringing the doorbell to give me a report when finished, they send it to me by text. I truly appreciate that convenience. They take care of the additional problems that I mention too.

I wish I could call my local Terminix to get additional help in ridding my property of red ants, but I wait until midweek to call their ridiculous call center. I took one point off for that.
