While we love Bruce Conley's service provided these many years, a competitor has offered & we acceped additional services; fire ant eradication, carpenter bee eradication, ant eradication & granules to send armadillos on their way.
Cristen - my terminex provider is always courteous and helpful as well as accommodating. He is careful not to let my dog (the escape artist) escape as well as allerting me to any possible problems that I have to address
The price is getting a little expensive, so we are concerned about that.

The main reason I stay with Terminix is Sam Casias! He is such a courteous and kind young man. He is always friendly and stays with us until the job is completed. If there is a problem, I can rely on him to take care of it - or if he cannot - he makes sure someone else calls me and handles it. I feel that Terminix is LUCKY to have Sam!

My service technition, David Kim, is incredible. Extremely friendly, professional and reliable. He mostly just does prevention but on the rare occasion that I have a specific issue, he is there to fix it. He has been my same tech for close to 10 years so I can trust him as opposed to having random different people coming out like some other companies do. Highly recommend!
