Your staff Mr. Ryne Griffith has treated our home for years as though it was his and I can tell by our various discussions he will always treat our home with the respect it deserves. This is not that common with other support vendors that perform various treatments at our home. The key is Terminix preforms a treatment of your property not a walk through. Your staff are well trained and know how to treat your clients.
long term good service with only a few short periods of some problems
Our tech does an excellent job on our windowsills, doors and all exterior areas. He always calls ahead of time to ask if the date and time are convenient for him to come out and clean and treat the area.
Once he completes the exterior he rings the bell. He always reports on what he’s found and what areas were treated.
He always asks if I have any problems inside. I usually have no problem and he always tells me that if any problem arises just glve him a call and he will come out and address them.
He is very polite and courteous and always professional. Do not hesitate to hire this company!
