Ryan has been doing our services for a while now and he knows the places to look for all of our various kinds of pests. He has taken care of our spider and hornet problems and leaves the other pollinators alone. Also he has been very flexible to our schedule when we need it. Overall he has taken care of our home and made the quarterly visits transparent and effective as you would want them to be.
While I appreciate the level of service, there continues to be a problem about notifying me that a technician is coming to my house. I am generally not aware until after the service has been delivered. I have voiced my concern and annoyance but it continues to happen. Leaving a voicemail would address the situation.

I APPRECIATED THE DETAILED REPORT OF HIS FINDINGS AND ANY TREATMENT THAT HE HAD APPLIED TO REMEDY THE SITUATION. I ALSO WELCOMED HIS STATEMENT OF HIS WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST ME IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS OR IF HAD ANY I PROBLEMS BEFORE HIS NEXT VISIT. I WAS SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK PERFORMANCE.

My kitchen was sprayed in every corner, behide the stove and refrigerator.
The outside of my house was sprayed near the storm door and he also sprayed the bee
nest down. Traps were put in the rooms.
