Technician Hice Lacoe is very dedicated and dependable. He has been my technician for over two years and has provided exemplary service throughout. He goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and always has a smile and kind word to share. My neighbor across the street recently asked about my satisfaction and I gave a glowing review, especially if she can get Hice as her technician. Service these days seems to be waning and it is so refreshing when a young man like Hice redeems your faith in a faction of the service industry.
Charles Selvage with Termininix is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. He has effectively managed the pest control at my home for many years now.
If you were not doing a good job I would send a complaint and depending on how the complaint was handled would then dictate if further action is needed.
