I gave a 10 score because of the following:
1) The product Terminix uses is extremely effective compared to the competition. We have used services of another company for 1 year and always after 2-3 weeks of service the cockroaches started to show again.
2) The technician is always dressed correctly, clean, punctual and effective.
They come on time as stated. They are friendly and helpful. They have taken care of us for many years.
I would prefer mailing my payments to the local office as opposed to Texas. Mail is so uncertain here.
Isaac is always prompt, friendly and professional. He does a great job spotting and eliminating all the pests that might show up, although with his excellent service, I almost never see any bugs at all.
No one was at home when Mr. Britton made his visit. A family member arrived about 2 PM but long after your visit. Looking at the pictures and notes- he seemed to do a good job. Thanks.
Andrew is so attentive to my property and always comes to my door to ask if there is any location that needs special attention. His appearance is always neat and considering his job his uniform is spotless.

I prefer to talk to local people, like I had with the service before it was bought by Terminix. It is more difficult to schedule or talk to local people since the reps are all over the country. However, the reps are nice and try to help me.
My local pest spray in Woodstock NY is Zach and he is great to work with. Listens to my concerns, where I am worried about ticks, and takes care of the property well. It is the local people like Zach that keep me going with Terminix service.
The technician, Anthony is reliable and is very professional. I can tell he enjoys his job.
