Then, we met the “new” guy and he’s equally as friendly and knowledgeable! So we’re keeping the service. We have been impressed by the level of service and the results of the service. Service is excellent. I receive a text the day prior and another one leading up to the appointment. The Technician is friendly, always says hello and does a great job. I than receive an email and my monthly billing. I would highly recommend Terminex.
The termite technician was very thorough and answered all questions including future updates and what we may be looking forward to for future service.

I was so happy with my service last week. I forgot to open the side gate before I left in the morning, and when I realized what I had done, I texted my provider and said I could remotely open my garage door and could he do the back yard as well. Moments later, he was in my back yard and completed the job. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

Always on time and thorough
Gave two choices for treatment. 1. The dreaded tent (my words). 2. Heat Treatment I choose 2. Out in the morning and back in by late afternoon.
Prep was easy. Remove photos, artwork, plants and other items affected by heat. Do not have to remove food or any of that stuff. No chemicals. They were in time, let's us watch the set up, worked really well and in tune with each other.termites are gone. Thank you for you knowledge, education, checking back to ensure all was good. Cleaned up when done. Professional
