Terminix got rid of pests when other companies could not. And they have kept them away. But more than that, our technician, Alex Cintron, is truly why I'd recommend Terminix. He goes above and beyond! At our old house, he found areas where bugs were getting in and helped us with solutions. At our new house, he's addressed things we should be aware of right from the start. He knows (and remembers) my concerns and is completely thorough in his work. He is also incredibly caring of our cats, who are like family to us. His last visit was the first time our new kitten met him. She is still skiddish and hid. He was kind enough to stay a few extra minutes and help me find her. Though not in his job description, he wanted to make sure she was ok and not stuck somewhere. That level of care goes beyond someone doing their job well - that's a really great person. I will happily support any company that not only does what they are hired to do, but hires great people like Alex.
My exterior quarterly service controls all insects from living after crossing the barrier. Some make it indoors, but are always find dead.
Daniel is a great service technician. He provides our service regularly and does a thorough job and makes sure we aren’t having issues that need to be treated.
