There were a few details lost in translation from the contract to the insulation to the install, and finally to the finished work. The reason I say this is because we are all human and errors can be made along the way. And, with Terminix, because they have a young man of high integrity named Joe on their team, they moved beyond what was misunderstood and took care of all the details without blame, pointing fingers, or discontent. The guys who had shown up from the insulation company had the supply list from a different job and had to go purchase the new materials. They did not lose track and kept going, even staying until late to finish the job! To Stone Insulation, who sent Andrew and Felix for the job, you have two extremely competent and skilled men who were thorough and clean from start to finish. I know that it was tough to manage through the mishaps and changes along the way, but you were professional and courteous. Our attic space was not a fun place to climb in and out of for sure! I know this is long, but I want you to understand that Joe is a blessing, Andrew and Felix are a blessing, and Allie, whom I just got off the phone with from the Terminix office, is a blessing. Felix had a little slip of the foot, a complete accident, and was bound to happen in such an oddly built 1947 Sears and Roebuck kit house! Allie and Joe are on top of the repair, and I am one completely satisfied customer who will be sending everyone I know to Terminix. Even the young man who came to do the initial bug guard for us, professional, skilled, thorough, and a proud dad of three daughters, two dogs, a cat, a bearded lizard, and a fancy turtle!
I have worked with people from customer service to construction, as a counselor, pastor, and professor around the world for more than 38 years. So, I have seen people at their best and at their worst, especially as I was the one on the maintenance or construction end of projects.
