When I call Terminix office for the ants problem the office told me Friday November 12th but I got a text from the technician that it will be Monday November 15 so I don't know which one is right when the technician came his spray on the particular area and that did the trick

He is amazing. He helped us through a very difficult time. Moths, spiders, and some little jumping window bug. Then, if the curse wasn’t bad enough, mice!
He went above and beyond. For example...
It was his job to discover where the moths were “feeding and breeding” but when the source of about 10 large and heavy wool rugs was one of the sources, he helped my husband carry them upstairs and out of the house. He didn’t have to do that. I kept 3 small wool rugs for sentimental reasons. Mike was here the day the rug cleaners delivered them. They were not packaged. Mike showed us how to wrap and store them. 6 weeks later we found a new new moth larvae on the wrapping. He took all three rugs outside, opened them and inspected every square inch of them for us. Clear. We rewrapped them. Then he placed moth traps and Hormone deregulators all about them. Everytime he came back, he would inspect the packaging to insure they were safe.
I was such a basket case over all the infestations, that I would follow him around asking a million questions and expressing all my concerns. Mike would patiently listen and try to appease my anxiety. One time my husband told me to leave him alone, I was just venting. Mike replied, “I always make this my last stop of the day!” Really funny.

Terminix representatives explain things thoroughly, took the time on multiple occasions to answer my questions, was responsive to meeting, did not include a travel fee for an initial free inspection and was flexible with cost concerns.
