All service people are friendly and respectful. They promptly address and resolve any pest issues. Whenever something arises, schedule time is not unreasonable. You are alerted when to expect the arrival of the service person. Most time they arrive on time or before. So far I have been satisfied with the service.
Aside from the proven products that are used by Terminix, our Service Tech , Devon Bass is outstanding and very passionate about the service he provides.
