My technician is terrific, he gives great customer service. Russell is friendly and easy to talk to. He doesn't get bothered when I ask questions or ask for suggestions to problems. He always lets me know a couple days ahead when it's time for service. If the time conflicts with another appointment I may have he's flexible, and if I need him in-between services he always tries to be accommodating. They say, "a company is only as good as the people it keeps, as employees are its most valuable assets". You hit the jackpot when you hired Russell!

I've had Terminix for at least 30 years after we brought home roaches from a house we rented at the beach. Joe Milbee has been our service tech for the biggest part of that time. He always let's us know when he's coming and treats us in an efficient, respectful manner. We consider him a friend and are totally satisfied with our service.
