Since I started with Terminix about a year ago, I found my problem with solved immediately, and they were very prompt in getting to my house after my initial call and getting rid of all the beads that were nesting in my walls.
I have continued to keep their service and I appreciate always getting notice when they’re about to come and when they’re at my house and when they’re leaving and any problems that they see

Jonathan, who came out, was really nice and provided a lot of information without me feeling ashamed that I did something wrong. He looked around in places that I was too scared to go into, helped me understand a game plan and how to attack my issues. He also assured me that my dog would be safe and since he's left, I went from vacuuming up earwigs everyday to seeing none at all inside.
