Both Gustavo and Brandon went over and above what other techs have done in the past. Both took time to communicate with me directly and explain what they found and how they are remedying the pests.
They are always here every three months like they said they would be. The young man that comes to my house is always kind and helpful with any questions I have.
My dad is 81 years old and a little hard to please at times. He just started service with Terminix and every employee that has been to his house has gone above and beyond for him!

James Zinc is the reason your feedback is so good! He always calls before he comes to give me a heads up and then calls if there is something I need to pay attention to. This last call, I was not at home and when i looked online I saw that there was something concerning in the report. I called back and left him a message. He called me on a SATURDAY to let me know things were fine and he saw some evidence of mice etc. but had taken care of it. That to me, was beyond regular service. He is very thorough and professional. I hope you will reward him for his work.

I once again would like to say that our service tech, Miranda Harrison is the absolute best! If it wasn't for her great attention to detail and great service we would have probably switched to another pest control company long ago.
