Very prompt service, the technician was very personable and knowledgeable and he got rid of my problem.
Good communication, polite service worker. Was very concise about the areas treated.
Gave two choices for treatment. 1. The dreaded tent (my words). 2. Heat Treatment I choose 2. Out in the morning and back in by late afternoon.
Prep was easy. Remove photos, artwork, plants and other items affected by heat. Do not have to remove food or any of that stuff. No chemicals. They were in time, let's us watch the set up, worked really well and in tune with each other.termites are gone. Thank you for you knowledge, education, checking back to ensure all was good. Cleaned up when done. Professional
