Your technician Charles was great. Very informative, and knew what he was doing. This is after all the phone calls to Terminex with no results on my bait boxes. Although the manager left me a voice message stating my bait boxes would be in weeks ago. They’re still not here. So, Charles is definitely a pleasure to have.
