We made an appointment and the representative arrived when he said he would. He cleaned all spider webs around our house and shed and everyplace that he could see. Then proceeded to spray all existing areas. He did a wonderful job and we would recommend this to anyone.

My first service for ant infestation was taken care of immediately and the ants didn't return for a year. We had some again this year and the technician came within 2 days to respray. I have a monthly service fee for respraying every two months and I can receive intermittent spraying as needed. The technician is also very pleasant to deal with.

Our service technician is amazing. As each season comes around, he explains what critters will be coming and what he's done to prepare. He has a great deal of knowledge in pest control. He always asks us if we've seen any critters. I give Tim, an A+.
