The Terminix technician - Ali, Reno - is very thorough, painstaking in treating your house and exterior for pest control regularly through the various seasons, to ensure your building is free from general pests, rodents, termites that could damage a building structure; and explains and advices on areas or issues that need extra care.

Overall, the experience was great for a decent price. Alexander was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We went around the property for a thorough sweep/removal of spider webs, large ant nests and wasp nests. After just the first day, we already see significantly less spider activity. I would highly recommend the service and definitely ask for Alexander when you get an appointment!
