Anytime I have a chance to brag on Trevor ewell I will take it. He is the most friendly person and he’s so genuinely good at his job. He knows what he’s talking about he explains well he’s always responsive and attentive. I am not joking when terminix switched bug sprays I was going to leave, and we got hit with a upcharge a month and after 5 years I was going to find another company, I stayed 100% because Trevor took me seriously and offer perfect resolution, and came out multiple times to ensure I was taken care of. My daughter’s room had so many spiders and I haven’t seen a live one in months!

Over the many years that I have been a customer of Terminix, I've always been pleased with the service I received. I particularly appreciate the fact that even if you've received your quarterly service, and you still find critters in your home, Terminix will come back to your home and apply another treatment at no charge. However, I now find myself giving serious consideration to cancelling my contract due to an ever increasing price for their service. For a job that's done only 4 times a year, (taking approx.15 min. each time), it's hard to justify the ever increasing price.
