Terminix has always been very efficient and reliable.
Henry my service tech, always texts me the day before the visit to see about any problems I may be having. Once here, he is very efficient and friendly. At the end he always tells what if anything he may have discovered and what he did about it.
It is nice that I have the same tech every visit, and Henry is the main reason for this high score.
Results
Terminix is straightforward, no nonsense gimmicks and respects my decisions of what I know is best for my home. Customer service agents are polite and professional when phoning the office. The tech who comes out is friendly and professional, the website has been designed to be user friendly to navigate.

He always lets us know what day he is coming so I can keep the dog inside and inquires if we have any concerns. He is pleasant and always remembers to close our back fence gates.
