I always have issues when paying my bill. Thankfully I got a person that handled it. She gave me her number to contact her personally thru the office and it was handled. The only issue was that it was at 10:00 at night. But the bill has been paid, and I got an e-mail showing it.

I just recommended Terminix and Robert Guy to my neighbor. Turns out he plans to call soon and switch his service to Terminix. I’ve been very happy with his ability to keep the ants out of my kitchen when they show up and to keep them from entering the house by blocking their entry outside as well.

Steve is great always texts me to let me know what day and time he should be at my home. He will text when he is on his way. Always checks with me before he leaves and tells me what he sprayed for and do I have any issues. He is the best!
