I have had Terminix for years and do not have issues with critters in the house. Personnel are always very professional and have great communication skills. I have also never had any problems with termites. I appreciate staff removing wasps nests and cob webs routinely.

Prompt and Friendly customer service. Although a little pricier than most pest control services, Terminix listens to the customer’s issues regarding pests inside or outside the home and offers good service to address the issues. They also give helpful advice on how to best prevent pests from getting inside the home. I had an ongoing problem with bugs in my Florida home that is surrounded by trees, shrubs and more. A Terminix representative, Amanda Oglesby, worked tirelessly with me for many months to solve the pest problem I was having. She has enormous patience to analyze, and find the best methods to treat the problem areas in my home. She laid out bug traps and other preventative treatments to stop the pests, and this was successful. Amanda was quick to communicate via text if I had recurring pest problems and available to service my house if I needed. She was the one that showed true dedication, and kindness to a customer—she is awesome! My sincere gratitude goes out to Amanda.
