I had a concern about who the Terminix agent sent to my house this time was (he was not my regular guy) and how much access he'd had to my yard (the gate to the back yard had been locked). The Terminix agent called, came by, took the time to fully introduce himself, and did a wonderful job of catching up on areas of the house he'd been unable to spray previously. He did a thorough job and was a delightful person. He can come back any time!

By now, most of you should know that I love writing positive reviews on quality workmanship. I experienced a "Rat Attack" in a shed attached to my game room. I asked Sir Brian Dabbs of Terminix for guidance on ridding a rodent. Without hesitation, he pulled his trusty Terminix phone and started making calls. Within 10 minutes I was scheduled for an appointment with the Terminix "Ratman"! I am very appreciative of our Technician, "Brian Dabbs," and want to say "Thank you". Just on a side note, I am not related to Brian; I am not the toothless 10th cousin, and we never met before he was assigned by Terminix as our technician.

Overall, pleased with the service I've received for 20+ years. Our technician is terrific. Have noticed the potency of the chemicals applied has dipped, perhaps, the mixture is one size fits all? This past service did not sufficiently address a specific problem we were having, the tech was advised, he applied the appropriate chemicals, however, it did not take care of the problem as well as the service usually does. I am currently waiting for a re-do to address the issue.
