John is very good!
What I don’t like is that you automatically schedule my appointment. I have mouse traps need to be checked so the tech always has to come inside so I always have to call to reschedule. I work at home on a certain day of the week. It would be ok to automatically schedule the appointment on that day of that week. Can that be done?

Excellent customer service
I like Terminex however the last technician did not spray inside of my garage after the fact that I requested. I was in the middle of a call and he said to open my garage door in 10 minutes, but when I came outside after 10 minutes he didn’t even told me and just left I think that is very rude and lazy behavior. I had to text him why he said I did not open my garage door I know it was less than 10 minutes when I opened but he had already left.

They were on time and willing to listen. It felt like my concerns were heard and looked at every location I pointed out. I understand that there is a 7-10 day turn around for resulting but I haven't seen a single ant since their visit. I will continue to wait for the remaining time though I am already very impressed!
