The primary reason for giving a 10 is the fine technician, Randall p Lovvorn who has come to my house for many years. He is always on time, professional, thorough and friendly. My house stays bug-free, and I hardly ever call for an extra visit because he does such a good job when he comes! I tell my neighbors that Terminix is the very best pest control company.
My technician is the best. He knows my home as well as I do and treats my mouse and carpenter ant problem efficiently and carefully.

Your Technician, Jakob Tandy, was very thorough, explained why he was doing what he was doing and I can tell he's naturally interested in pest control. I've been putting up with Box Elder infestations for 30+ years, so if this works, and I think it will, I'll shout your services from the roof top!!
