Lorenzo is a great asset to Terminex. He is polite, efficient and thorough. Not only does he perform his job, he always asks if I have problems. If I do, he spends the extra time to treat and follows up on the results. In addition, he always reminds me to lock my back gate when he leaves.

Devon Anderson is an excellent technician. He took great care of the bug issues around the house, and when I reached out about an unexpected spider visitor, he responded promptly and handled the situation right away. He truly went above and beyond.

Daniel, our service tech, was AWESOME! He took care of everything effectively, was polite and patient, and was mindful of our home. Unfortunately, the administrative side was incorrect on most things. We received phone calls and texts with mismatched information several times.
Jim Meyers is excellent in his work and very knowledgeable.
Nazario, Tyler representative always Congo’s us a day or two before arriving. Notifies us when he is on his way, knocks on the door and lets us know he is here. He asks how everything is and if we have any problems or questions. He is courteous and knowledgeable. We are VERY grateful and satisfied.
