My representative is so kind to give me advance notice of day he will be giving treatment. I do not have to be hone but he gives me notice & I appreciate that. He is always prompt & does not waste any tine. He always addresses any concerns I have & I have not seen any insects since receiving the treatments- no flys, ants, or spiders. And best part is no smell or residue.
