You have been consistently good at showing up and taking care of our home, even when we would call mid-quarter for an emergent problem. Until this last service. It seems like we have had a huge turnover of techs servicing our property. The tech that showed up this time was "filling in" for our tech who left your company.
Having said that, Michael, the tech who came this last time, was careful to listen to everything we were having issues with and diligently took care of the interior of the house, the outside of the house and the perimeter of the fence (lots of funnel spiders there!). It looks like what he did took care of the problems we had, so thank you to Michael. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Always communicates well and service is working
I have always been impressed by the professionalism of Terminix's technicians. Each one that has been to my house has always been very polite and good at what they do. William Jamerson is no exception. A few minutes after he pulled in, I went out to ask him a question and found him already sweeping the side of the house for spiders and bugs. When he sprayed the inside of the house, you almost wouldn't know he was there, he was so quite. I highly recommend Terminix and Mr. Jamerson is an excellent representative of the company.

The technician showed up on a timely basis and advised after treatment what was found and treated. Any time I find pests, Terminix promptly comes out to my home and takes care of the issue.
