You guys show up, get your business done and get out in orderly fashion. I have had no pest incursions since I started up with you guys. This was not the case with my prior pest service. They couldn't seem to stop the ants from coming in my house, but that is no longer a problem with you guys.

Everyone that I have worked with From Hometown Pest Control is extremely kind, between the office staff as well as the exterminators. I would highly recommend and I do to everyone I meet. If anyone asks if they know of a good inspector and exterminator I always recommend Hometown Pest Control. there are five sections in HLI community. I am in section 2, but I do listen to other board meetings when they have them so I can recommend Hometown Pest Control. Cambell Property Management handles many of the sections as well as Seacrest and I have spoken to them on your behalf. Thank you for all that you do.
Joel it so makes pest control is one of the things I don’t have to worry about as a homeowner. He is always prompt, responsive, and solution-oriented. I have presented concerns about rodents, spiders, and wasps to Joel and he has yet to bat an eye at my queries while providing education on his scope.

We have been Capelouto customers for over 40 years. They've taken care of everything from regular pest maintenance to special calls for ground wasps and red any infestations. Service techs have always been helpful and professional...hopefully they stay thst way under Terminex ownership...
You have great communication from the tech for when they are coming and when they actually show up. The product seems to be working to keep the critters out of the house. The tech listened when I requested to spray a certain area and provided good written documentation of the treatment.

I don't like giving the highest ranking but the gentleman that has been serving me is really kind and considerate. He does his job and if he has any questions he will ask or if I have questions, he will listen to me and try to help with the problem.
