Our Terminix specialist Josh Lindley always communicates with us in advance of his visit and after. He is extremely reliable.
I always get a call letting me know when he will be at my house. Recently we thought we had a mouse in the basement. He came as soon as I called him and checked all the traps and put more down. He came a week later to check and could not find any evidence of a mouse. He said if I see anything to call him. I appreciate that because I use a walker to get around.

Jose always does a good job of contacting me before his visits to see if I have any unusual problems that need to be addressed. He also does a very thorough job every time he comes out.
I think there’s always room for improvement. I have asked many times to have a few days to a week to know when I will get service. I used to get my appointments ahead of time and knew how to schedule my doctors appointments etc. The last couple years they either just show up or say I’m near you now. I also like printouts which Danial would give me but this week a Jeffrey came because he was across the street.
The service is effective as we have not had a bug problem. It is always done as scheduled and any questions I have are always answered in a satisfactory manner.
