My Schendal service person recently retired. I do not have a permanent one assigned to me. At this time I am being serviced by area supervisors or something similar to that. Right now I don't think I have received the full service that I received when Mike Hart was my Schendal person. The last person that serviced my home I had to ask if he checked under my kitchen sink and when he looked at the mouse trap said 'THE MOUSE TRAP LOOKS FINE." I guess traps don't need bait anymore!!! My home is supposed to be serviced on both levels of my residence, both garages that are separate but attached to the house, one on the main level and the other in the walkout basement, and the exterior of my home including the four bait boxes. The mouse trap in the master bath hasn't been serviced the last two times. I feel like I need to follow the service person around inside and out to assure I am receiving the service that I am being charged! And it was over four months between the last two services. I look forward to returning to the excellent service I received from Mike Hart!!!

I always get to talk to a live person if I call about something and this time, as always, they helped me right away. My service tech, Chad, is a great guy who does a good job.

Lonnie is honestly the best tech you have ever had. He is polite, talks you through everything so that you understand what he is doing. He goes above and beyond. You don’t have to ask him to get spider webs down he is already on it. You need to give him a raise.
