Since starting treatment several years ago, there is a definite decline of findings bugs and mice in the house.My technician, Jason, is always prompt and friendly and dedicated to his work. He is always happy to accommodate my work schedule, too.
Jason is great! He reachs out ahead of time to let me know when we are scheduled. He also checks to see if that appt is good, if we have any problems or if we want him to come inside. He is prompt, courteous and knowledgeable!

The techs have been very polite as well as helpful when they come to treat the house and property. They have also come when I asked for assistance with treatments outside the regular appointments, such as when I found a hornet nest on my front porch.
The one thing I would say is that I would like to have more notice when they schedule an appointment. And they need to make sure that their name will be identified on my telephone. If I do not recognize the telephone number I do not answer the call.
Technicians are very helpful and professional
We have had this service for a long time and have noticed we don't have mosquitos or very many wasps and the bugs inside the house are nonexistent. All of the technicians that I've had have been very nice and knowledgeable, but I really like having Amanda.
