Thequality of service provided by Steve Wilson your technician. His communication skill is outstansing. He showed a committment to solve my problems with insects and rodents.
I feel the Terminix product is great, however the price continues to increase which is understood. However, I think some concessions can be made for owners that have been with you a number of years. I believe 10 years to be exact
Additionally I do not like that I am informed the day of for an appointment. I would like to have a few days notice to coordinate with my schedule. I prefer having my home serviced inside and out. Not to mention my home had a second floor deck only accessible by going through the home.
The young man was so polite and so nice and so thorough with the way he took care of my home. I would love for him to be the person to come and spray my home when it is time thank you very much. God bless.

Our technician, Dyren Bedeau is great! He has always done a great job! He goes above and beyond in making sure he checks and treats our property. Our feedback score of 9 is because of the price of service. It is too high!
Stephen Peach our Technician is amazing. Any problems we notice or he notices is always taken care of. His knowledge and recommendations always welcome. Punctual, always announces himself asking if there are additional problems to address. if we are not home he leaves a card. We are very impressed, having a contract with Terminix for at least six/seven years. Definitely recommend and Stephen is a valued employee.
My pest control specialist, Tim, thoroughly explained things to me. Was patient, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort in not only the process, but products being used and reassured me I can reach out at any time…which I have and he is very responsive.

When he visits during our business hours, he is quiet and nonintrusive, which allows our day-to-day operations to continue without disruption.
