It works. I am on a premium plan with regular visits. During my last visit, I told my tech, Robert Fields, about a problem with sugar ants near my cat bowls. I did not want anything that would affect the cats. He provided a small trap with a paste the ants could get into and carry it back to the mound. Too small for the cats to get into and small enough to tape to the floor near the food bowls. Just what I needed.
Our technician, Andy, is very thorough and he always checks in to see if we are having any problems. Andy is the main reason for such a high score.

Terminix has always kept my property free from unwanted bugs and critters. I have little to no bugs and spiders. No critters. I am able to be outside without being eaten alive by bugs.

Archie Donaldson is, for the past 4 years, the very best part of our pest control experience. Terminix is so lucky to have him, and I hope they realize how incredible he is. Since Archie started his visits in 2022, we have had ZERO pest complaints, even after moving into a home with serious rodent, ant, and stink bug infestations. He is professional and thorough, and we hope to work with Archie for decades to come.
