Dave is always thorough in service calls and responds to our needs. E.g. due to the unusual winter (long stretches of freezing temperatures and constant snow covered ground ) we had an infestation of pavement ants. (They bite!) We have no basement, house is built ona conctete slab. so getting to the ants required some creative solutions.

When scheduled I have a date and time I know my tech is going to adhere to. She is very thorough and detailed in performing my service. I’m always given a text and email and pics of areas of concern. Even areas I missed. Just great to have someone else looking over pest control at our home.

We needed 4 of the bait boxes for the 4 fruit trees that we have in our yard. It would be nice if the crew in Prescott Valley kept some of these for their customers, instead of waiting until they go down to the office to get some.

Akeem is the reason, I use Terminix. He’s professional, he shows up when he says he’s going to, he keeps me posted on his arrival time. Last but not least, he does a very thorough job and always reminds me if I need to have him come out between scheduled visits he’s happy yo do that.

Our Terminix associate is great! She asks if there is anything else we need or other services we might be interested in. She takes care of our house efficiently and is even great with our dogs (Which we try to confine, but sometimes they are out when she gets going.)
This guy is the most pleasant person to deal with. Always always polite , respectful, and accommodating. You could not ask for a better person. The world would be so much better with more people like him as an example!!!
