I have learned much from almost every tech that has performed services at our home over the past several years. For several quarterly visits, spanning years, we have had the same tech, Jeff Bartz, and have developed a friendly relationship. Also, several customer service representatives at corporate have made adjustments to our billing, which have made Terminix competitive with other pest control services that have solicited our business, and enabled us to continue with Terminix, thus far.
Fast and Professional Assistance. Knowledgeable and generous with his explanation of the process as well as tolerant to my ‘reaction’ to our new ‘resident’ mouse.’

I have been using Terminix for years. I have been happy with the service and with the communication with the associate before and after the service. The monthly service cost is reasonable, but I wish the annual program was not quite so expensive.

Our pest tech is excellent! I have multiple houses and he always gives ample warning of his visit. He is flexible if his visit is not convenient. After his visit, he always provides a review of any conditions that I should be aware of.

We have a large wooded area and major creek behind our home. So, we live among all kinds of critters. The prior owners had a good experience with you, so when we purchased this home 3 1/2 years ago, we gave you a shot. The service has been excellent and effective. We've not had one problem with insects or other critters in the house. All the staff have been exceptional. They always check in with us, do a thorough job inspecting and providing us with coverage, and we are often invited to contact them directly anytime there are problems.
