I have been with Terminix for many years. my condo unit is right next to the trash shoot. When we first moved in the kitchen was infested with roaches. I tried every roach trap and medicine to get rid of them with very little success. I found it very frustrating and unsanitary conditions especially since I had two little children. Since starting Terminix we have been relatively roach free, and over the years we have had friendly and thorough technicians.
Reid has been my technician for over ten years now and he's been great! He is friendly and accommodating. He checks our unit efficiently and makes sure to inspect all the cupboards and crevices along the walls making sure the insect baits are good and effective. Last visit I was having trouble with little roaches constantly running across the floor. We decided to spray along the walls, the lanai and outside our door. He even helped me spray the trash room next door. This visit there were no roaches running across the floor which was such a relief. Thank you Reid for going above and beyond your service!
