Gentleman was a supervisor and didn’t really have to make the trip. He took it upon himself to do the job in the time that was originally promised. Did everything that was asked and paid special to possible wasp intrusion.

We’ve never had a bad experience with any of our terminix technicians. We are grateful for the time and effort they put in to make sure our house is protected from termites and other insects!
We have been using Terminix for termites since we lived in our house & have never had a problem. In the last few years we have them treating for rodents & insects. We have seen a significant reduction in spiders & bugs. Our house is an older house (built in 1910) & we would have an occasional mouse sighting but that’s not been an issue for quite awhile since we use Terminix. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth every penny to us!!
I really appreciate that the same tech has been coming to my home for years. Nick is personable, friendly and knowledgeable. He always answers all my questions and is very responsive to my concerns.

Service Tech Mike is the best. Very thorough. Talks to me and explains the service and what he has done. Goes over the grounds and what he found. I have been with the company for over 20 years and do not plan to change. Other comanpies come around offering their service and I tell them no. Terminix is the best.
