While we apparently had a problem with our prior tech (he informed you we cancelled our service when we had not) a couple of phone calls remedied the situation. Our new tech was good and thorough.

The workers were so great. From the beginning through the follow up everything was explained in full detail. They also took their time in doing the job. Never hesitate to give them a try.

The service technician does a good job, explains what needs done. If we have any concerns, he addresses them. A nice report is sent when finished of what was done. The service is a bit expensive. However, other services want to spray down the entire foundation and lower walls in addition to all the close by flowers. Not what I want. Thanks for doing what I prefer to be done.
No major insect issues. Have had some issues with ants, but seems to be a common issue with a very wet summer this year. So far, so good. Thanks.

We have yellow jackets in our attic, on back of house, back porch. They made a hole thru our kitchen ceiling and were in our kitchen. Brian sprayed and 3 days later the yellow jackets in the attic are dead. We are so grateful for that but they are still swarming outside. We called Brian this morning and he said he’d probably wild schedule to come back out here. If he does come and we are rid of them we will be so happy.
Also, just curious we paid almost $300 for our treatment but our neighbors who recommended you only paid $250 for the same issue. Why the difference in billing?
