Our tech is great. He communicates well, is very knowledgeable, and the treatments have been effective.
One problem is that we do not get advance notice of when he is coming. There's supposed to be an email from Terminix a couple of days ahead of time, but we're not getting it. All we get is a text when he is on his way. Which sometimes means we aren't at home.
They did a good job for me.

Marc Andrade is the best. His professional, communicates well, ask questions and listens to what your needs are. Sometimes what a person is looking for his good customer service and he always provides that.
The technician who visits listens intently to what we are experiencing and is very knowledgeable and specific about the treatments he applies and is careful and thorough in his work and the results show.

I've used Terminix for many, many years and have never had a problem with scheduling appointments when a problem arose. The technicians are courteous, prompt and eliminate unwanted pests in the home.

Mostly because of my tech, Terrell. He is always punctual, does all that I ask efficiently and with a smile. Always contacts me in advance of his arrival. It is a pleasure to be dealing with him.
There is one reason for the "10". That's Jimmie, our service specialist. He always takes the time to see how it's going, any complaints or insect problems. He also does an outstanding job keeping the bugs at bay. Terminix is a bit pricey, but Jimmie makes the difference.
