I'm very happy with the effectiveness of the various treatments AND the quality of the technicians who come out to apply the treatments. I used to be inundated by spiders, which means there was plenty of things for them to eat around! Not any more.
The communication is great. If you have questions, they do a great job of explaining it in terms a layman can understand. George B has been performing quarterly treatments to the exterior of my home and provides great service! Other interactions with Terminix people has also been very positive. I recently did recommend Terminix to a friend thinking about tenting for termites.

On 04/11/2026, Technician Jonathan McGee texted to inform me of my upcoming pest service. I made him aware that I was not going to be home upon his arrival. To my surprise, he went out his way to contact me by text upon his arrival. Mr. McGee carefully inspected my home as we discussed my issues of concern and treated each area accordingly. He also answered my questions to ensure I was completely satisfied with the outcome. Mr. McGee also help me to understand home interior treatment process, and he did return after scheduled appointment to treat inside my garage and house. Lastly, I requested and he left bug traps to replace used ones in the garage. I was truly satisfied with Jonathan’s professionalism, patience, and for providing future guidance towards me as a customer. Highly recommended to other friends and colleagues!
