Cline, our pest technician, has ALWAYS gone above and beyond to take care of our home. He kept us ant free last summer. He has twice suited up to fight bees in two different location. Even though he is very professional, he is also very personable. He deserves a raise!

We have been using Terminix for over 17 years now and we never have to deal with ants during the summer and no pesky pests as of yet.
The technician was fantastic, but the cost is getting high.
Our technician, Greg Schmitt, always calls a day ahead that he will be making a service visit.
Whenever I've talked with him he has been courteous, personable, and informative.
He's always responded in a reasonable amount of time whenever we've had some problem.
He's quite knowledgeable about dealing with the pests we have had around the outside of our home.
He has given good effective advice when we've encountered a problem.
I value his input for managing any problem.
I also appreciate his timely after-visit reports.
My Rep, Dakota, communicates prior to each visit so I can keep my dogs inside. He also responds to any new concerns I may express.

Have been a customer with your company for almost 40 years. Excellent service, on time for appointments , excellent service. If I see a problem in between scheduled services, I can call and someone will come out and check things out for me. Also after each treatment before leaving they will go over what they found and treated and what to watch for. Staff and crew are always polite and helpful.
