Robert LaCourse is an excellent representative for Terminex. He is knowledgeable, polite and thorough. When a situation arose, (he found raccoon paw prints on the down spout) he took the initiative to have Mike, the inspector check my attic for raccoons. None found, no openings all good! Great team.
Terminix does a great job of controlling the pests in my home. They are affordable and easy to work with.

I have had Terminix service since 2004 and have been very satisfied with the service except that my bill continues to go up every year. I always said I would never pay more than$200/month for service and my bill is going up once again to almost $250. I am a senior citizen and there should be a ceiling or at least a discount for seniors. I'm sure the new customers coming in don't pay anywhere near that. However on another note, my service Tech Ethan has been amazing. He is very courteous and explains what he did and what he found after the service and always tells me if I have any additional problems to call back and it will be taken care of. Ethan is a valuable asset to your team!

My Technician, Brock O'Neill, is very thorough, quick, quiet, and lets me know a few days in advance when he is coming and updates if he's going to be early or running late on the day of the appointment.
