I gave it a 9 and not a 10 because I feel the cost was a little high. Russell, the exterminator did an excellent job, as usual. If it were based only on his workmanship, I would give it a 10.
Mario is always prompt, polite and professional. he lets me know when he is coming and he arrives on time. He is thorough and asks questions to be sure I understand the service he has provided and that am happy with the service. I feel he is taking good care of my Terminix needs.

Terminix treatments really help my home stay free from insects. Terminix works with you to establish the right plan for you, and they are very responsive when an issue comes up that needs their attention. As an example, I had wasps in my front flower box and they helped to get rid of them. I would highly recommend their services.
Jason Potter explained in detail the type of moth infestation in our garage. He validated we were addressing the issue correctly and made several additional recommendations. He also treated for springtails on several window sills. He has been our technician for over 10 years and has been awesome with every problem that has arisen!
