A two word answer: Joey Garcia. Terminix is only as good as the people who are on the front lines handling the accounts. I'm pretty sure that chemicals are chemicals and that all pest control companies have their own competent versions. But what can't be replicated is customer service by the individual providers. Joey goes out of his way to answer my questions and to give me insight into what he's doing and what to expect. And, if I'm having trouble with a certain pest he will either recommend actions he can take or actions I should take.
We can't eliminate pests from our homes when we live in formerly wilded areas. But we can minimize the intrusion with the right balance of activities. Thanks to Joey I'm managing this pretty well.
They are always on time and come out in between my scheduled appointments, if needed.
