Jeff is my Terminix exterminator and he is terrific. He let's me know in advance when he is coming. He shows up within the two hour timeframe, he always puts covers on his shoes to avoid tracking dirt or water into my house, and remembers the key areas where pests have shown up first in the past. Jeff has supported me in the past and, thru his efforts my house remains pest free. I have had previous pest exterminator. None were as effective as Jeff.

Came here quickly, did a thorough investigation, came back the next day made all the repair work and set a trap for our racoon guest. Raccon was trapped over night, critter catcher came back the next day, removed the trap qnd the racoon and we haven't had any issues think. He delivered everything he said he would do and more.
