I give it the 9 score only because the technician coming in park the truck at one time wait 10 or 15 minutes sitting on the truck them take the product walk fast in my backyard and front yard like 10 minutes or less them back to the truck and write the receipt saying the it was in my property for 20 or 25 minutes.. I have security camaras recoring everything around the entire property. That's why we know. But even like that im giving him 9 score because the company .
