Both Dan and Tim stopped by my house this week. Both were very helpful in sharing their knowledge about pest control and related their comments to help me understand those efforts specifically for my home.
You solved the problem completely. You did the rodent extraction and fixed the problem where they most likely won't come back. You also put canisters in to reduce the risk of subterranean termite infestation. Thank you for helping me with my problem and you have come to check to make sure everything is still working and treated for outside pests, ie. ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, etc.
I can always count on them being on time and doing a thorough job. They are great communicators, sending texts both before and after the visit.

Ken the tech was very nice and informative. I know he is a Manger that came as I wanted the Green cleaning but had to get the regular one do to the office saying that you had the Green treatment. However,with Ken helps I hopes this works and gets rid of the fleas.

He notifies me the day prior to my appointment and does everything possible to accommodate my time needs. He is extremely respectful of the home interior and exterior. He has a pleasant and congenial personality. Jonathan should train other new company technicians.
