Matt is the best Terminix treatment inspector specialist. He’s my guy for regular pests as well as mosquitoes and ticks. And I also prevent termites. We can’t be too cautious! Matt communicates before, during and afterward. He educates while doing- explaining bug types and how treatments function as he’s applying them. I know how good he is because I walk the property with him looking and learning all the way around.
The service is excellent. However, the appropriate 48 hours in advance at the requested 2-hours block is lacking. This needs serious improvement.
I feel ok with the service
I have been a Terminix customer for several years. I have had no pest issues in my home. The technician is always friendly and does a thorough inspection of the property. I receive a written summary of the service findings and treatment.

I liked that I could speak w a person, with only a short phone tree first, and they just sent someone over to look without having to sign a contract first like other business... So though the cost was higher than other places quoted-- at least I wasn't going to pay if they didn't find the wasps.
But they did and they came the same day to evaluate the situation and the also on the same day they came out to spray. So less needless file generating and fast effective service.
