Great service. Always easy to contact Terminix for appointments, information, etc. Customer Service agents have been great. Also, my Technician (Mike Boone) is excellent. Always on time, very knowledgeable, explains everything in detail, and goes above and beyond for his Customers. Can't thank him enough for helping keep our house maintained.

Friendly - easy to make contact - it works
The only reason I rated Terminix a 10 is for Sara, the technician. I have had several different technicians through the years. Most were pretty good, but Sara is head and shoulders above the rest. Not only is she thorough and attentive with the job she's doing, but she explains the what and why. In addition, she brings a personal connection to the customer. It's obvious that Sara loves her job!
