Representative was extremely professional and thorough and listened to my needs for treatments on four levels in my home on the interior. He then treated the outside perimeter of my home to finish the job. Afterwards, I received a summary of the treatments that were applied in the form of an email document. I am very pleased with my Terminix service and would recommend to my friends & family.

Knowing that my Sarah is going to come and treat my home for rodents and bugs and things that I hate makes my day happy! She has been coming to my home for quite some time now, we have kind of bonded. But what I really love about having terminix and particularly Sarah is the respect that is paid to my home. They always put protective booties on their shoes. They walk around my home with respect to my home and they are kind and pleasant always but especially my Sarah!

I have zero bugs! I would have given you a 10 if you didn’t email a report every quarter saying I have trouble spots and to have a tech come out to go over things. That’s not true! I don’t have trouble spots. It’s a standard letter that you send to everyone. Don’t.
My Condo community has their own bug people, I chose to also do my own with Terminex. I don’t need an upsale. I’m happy with my current service. Stop sending me those deceitful emails every time someone comes out.
