The Technician is very thorough. He always tells us what he is going to do when he arrives. Whenever we ask for him to check on things or do other things, he accommodates our requests. Technicians are professional and seem to know their business. After we ask them to do something for us the wasps, bees or whatever we ask them to do is taken care of. No subsequent issue. Thank you.
