My service technician Joel is "on it" and does an excellent job every visit. He makes sure he touches base to make sure there are no issues, keeps me informed of anything he might see and is always there to make sure I am satisfied. He is a great worker and Terminix is very lucky and most fortunate to have such a conscientious employee.
He asked how the last treatment was holding up. I gladly told him there are no more ants in the house, and there were a few ants in the dirt that was flooded with ants before. I am very happy with the service he is doing.
