I recently received a notice that the cost of my service is going up and I seriously considered trying to find a less expensive alternative. However, I decided to stay put for now, as you are meeting my pest control needs and nothing beats great customer service.

It is mainly due to Scottie, the Technician that comes to due my pest control and mosquito control. He is very respectful, conscientious and personable not to mention the outstanding work he does at my home.

George was our technician and he was simply the best. He listened to my concerns, he found the areas the pest were coming from and treated for all the pest we had. He asked us to wait 3-5 days for the treatment to work, but the next morning, all of the pest were gone. We are so thankful for his professionalism and care. Mahalo!

I gave that rating because the service person was very friendly and knowledgeable. He told me what he was going to do and why it needed to be done. He would notify me of the results of his work and told me to call Terminex in the next few days if something did not work. I really appreciate his experience and friendliness he provides to the customer.
