What I do not like is other providers coming to my home. I want one provider and have been very happy with Rene for years. He is excellent. Our technician is great and does a wonderful job, but the central scheduling without ANY input from the homeowner is absolutely atrocious. Sending people to private homes without an advance appointment is dumb. Our tech tells us when he’s on the way which is helpful, but advance notice is not asking too much and will keep rating the score reduced.
