The process from appointment setting to inspection to treatment to follow up visit to treatment was smooth, easy, professional and very customer friendly. All of my interactions with staff was a pleasure, they were all patient, knowledgeable and answered my questions. From start to finish working with Terminix was great. They were my ‘second opinion’ because I was so frustrated by one of their competitors inspectors that I couldn’t stand the thought of dealing with them. The customer service was like night and day. I recommend Terminix wholeheartedly.

Ryan does a great job. We had an ant issue and he solved the problem, and even stopped back by a few days later to make sure the ants were gone.
Terminix has been excellent for so many years, we would not want to use anyone else. They always arrive on time and do what they need to do and always check with us to see if we are having any issues. Our tech, Dennis Richard is one of the best. He always does a thorough job and notifies us with any issues.
