I thought our technician did a thorough job treating our house and mattresses for bed bugs and took the time to answer my questions about them. However, after the first treatment, we found out that our technician said he would not be taking off the encasement to our mattresses and vacuuming if there are dead bed bugs between the mattress and encasement. I thought that was kind of gross we have to sleep on dead bed bugs and thought that should have been a part of the process. But I am happy to know if we noticed any encasement was torn that he would replace them. It was quick to schedule with Terminix, and I think the pros outweigh the cons!
