I appreciate the quarterly preventative pest sprays at my house. I especially appreciate the technician's notifying me ahead of a visit so that I can leave my back gate open and accessible. Unfortunately last visit I didn't follow through on time, yet the agent graciously followed through so the spraying could still happen. Thank you for years of controlling the ants especially in my little patio area.

There really is no way of comparing Pest Control companies except by the presence of ants in my case. So far, Terminix remains competitive price-wise but that may change with their regular increases. TBD going forward.
The technicians have all been polite and seemingly well-trained. I also do my part keeping shrubbery away from the structure and the trees pruned.
