I worked with our technician, Ratu Bevu, to meet me at the house on an earlier day than scheduled. He worked with me and we were able to get him inside the house to confirm the crawl space and attic traps were in good shape and did not require any action. Thank you very much.

I have been a Terminex customer for over 30 years! My Terminex technician Oscar Cruz is outstanding and very thorough. He communicates directly when he is coming and if I need to change the day or time he makes it very easy. I have reached out in between services and have had him come for various reasons. He is polite, kind and reliable.
