Love the service courtesy we receive from our technician, Luis, however the price for quarterly treatment is getting too high, has been creeping up. Competitors are coming into the neighborhood and soliciting for business at a lower rate. A neighbor around the corner has switched from Terminix to another company. Will be consulting with them about their new service in a few months to see if they are completely satisfied.

The reason for the score was because of the tech that came to my house Matt he was absolutely fantastic. We have to have two more treatments for the problem and we want Matt to be the tech for those two treatments. Our plan will be to use Terminix ongoing because of him.

Bruce was a breath of fresh air! He was professional, affable and efficient. He answered my questions and explained how weather changes can temporarily cause sightings of a few insects but to call if my concern is persistent. He cleared all spider webs! He performed a thorough treatment and had a positive, respectful attitude!!
