Our technician Collin is the main reason we keep using Terminix in spite of the continued price increases and the price increases are the reason for a rating of 9 instead of a 10. Collin is very professional and knowledgeable and always works with us to customize our service when needed. He always lets us know when he plans to arrive so we can meet with him to discuss any issues we might have. He’s a wonderful representative for Terminix and his great customer service should be recognized by his managers.

The tech is very knowledgeable, plus he listens before he begins his tasks. Our problem has been at a minimum since he started his program. He is willing to adjust his work according to our concerns. We have already suggested Cooper to others based on his performance.
