Dave in the service department was so helpful and gave us great updates while our coach was being worked on. Every employee that we encountered was smiling and friendly. Alpinhaus was with the 3 hour drive we made to get there!
Service prices are too high. $238 labor and $127 material to change spark plugs is ridiculous.
The staff is very competent and friendly

Parts missing from slide 1 shield never installed at factory 1 part badly installed and bent. Needs to be fixed before the 10th of October. Received no keys for sliding doors. No help from Coachmen said they can’t send anyone to repair it. Cabinet doors have handles poorly installed cabinet underneath microwave has back not attached to anything. Corner trim in kitchen never installed. Nails popped up in bathroom floor. Obviously the manufacturer has no pride in their product. I have many pictures of these. Wife loves the layout and colors but shoddy workmanship and lack of support for repairs to slide out is the reason for the 0.
You couldn’t have had two nicer guys come and close my pool. It was raining pretty hard and they were still wonderful

Service team is outstanding. When picking up my new pontoon for the first time, made sure all my concerns were addressed and when my transport fell through, went out of their way to deliver my boat the same day.
Everyone in Sales and Service departments made me feel at-ease with my new purchase. They are a friendly and very helpful.
The scheduling of the pickup of my new pontoon boat was fast, easy, and accommodating. Person arrived on-time to pickup our boat and helped us load the boat on the trailer the for the first time. Went through the process of closing it up for the winter.
For a first-time boat owner, i honestly felt the sales and service team had my back and made me feel confident from sales through boat operation.

The choice’s and friendly service
We purchased a Grand Design RVs and are very satisfied with the quality and workmanship of the travel trailer. The sales department and finance department staff are very knowledgeable and very friendly. We have used the Alpin Haus service department and they have given us quality service and in a very timely manor.

I liked that you have great customer service staff that accommodate your schedule. And rv tech staff did a great job also diagnosing my problem and fixing.
Dave in the service department has been a pleasure to deal with. When I first called about a recall I had a return phone call with in the hour which was great. Alpin Haus has given me the feeling that they cared about what I needed to get done even though I did not by the RV there.
Before purchase, everyone was helpful, returned messages, and was overall polite. I had even given a 5 star review because I was that impressed by the attention and felt confident with the decision to buy.
Not even an hour after purchase, my experience completely changed. The Salesman was rude and made fun of me. Other staff members apologized for him but he never did. Within 2 days, there were over 2 dozen items that needed to be replaced or repaired. When I called for help, the staff did help, but said they were busy and to call the manufacturer going forward.
My travel plans for the past 2 months have been ruined because I still have not been able to enjoy my purchase. For 3 weeks, I worked with 2 people who would commit to a follow-up, but did not return my calls, and Thor advised to work with you. I had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau to get you guys to call me back.
More than 1 person on your staff has shared my experience is common- that the first time buyer would have dozens of issues the first few months after purchase. Had they shared this when I was looking to buy, I definitely would not have. I would have purchased something used again.
Some folks have asked where I made my purchase, and I've told them not to go to you. I really feel conned and foolish. As soon as I can, I plan to get rid of this headache. I don't ever want to work with you guys again.
