Pool ladder and railings Bolts protruding into winter cover. Will result in holes. Cover.is 2 years old. Reported to pool service department. Received no response or resolution. Also, hole in cover. Sent picture to pool service department. Received no response or resolution. Alpin Haus installed my pool and has been opening and closing my pool for the last 30 years. Very disappointed. Issues must be addressed now to prevent further damage.
Very professional, easy to work with, on time service and reasonably priced! Our three generation family has been very satisfied and grateful for their products and services for all seasons for over 30 years! We love their family owned company and their staff!
I stop in at Alpin Haus on Route 30 in Amsterdam once a week during the summer
months for helpful advice on my pool. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable.
Also, when you purchase an item there; they will make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the item. Can’t wait to check out all the merchandise for the fall and winter.
I bought my rv in for an inspection and the only problem was flashers. The problem is likely a corroded contract on one rear light and instead of fixing that you failed it which i think is rediculious for a company that sells and fixes rv s very disappointed. I will not come back and won't recommend you to my rv friend. Very sad about this

Had a lot of little things that have needed fixing on our coach, and then the full-wall slide started acting up. Alpin Haus got everything fixed up for our trip!
I like the fact that I’m dealing with people I recognize and who recognize me. RVs are complicated and there are judgment calls required in many aspects of their service and maintenance so connecting with people counts.
The dealership offered an adequate inventory of travel trailers to choose from.
Our salesman, Michael Panarella did a great job of listening to our choices for our next RV. He showed us products that were appropriate for our budget and the features that we wanted.
Also, Keith, in the finance office did a very thorough job when presenting aftermarket products and reviewing our documents.
Last, but certainly not least, Dan from the service department did an excellent job, delivering our new RV, reviewing features and benefits.

The friendliness of the staff in both sales and service. They answer questions and do their best to respond to phone calls in a timely fashion. No question is considered too small to answer. When we had delays in taking delivery on our new rig, they were very generous in providing a gift certificate to the store and a voucher for dinner to compensate us for the inconvenience. A very important benefit of buying from Alpin Haus is the full service and winter storage program. We used this for our last rig (travel trailer) and will use it for this new rig (fifth wheel). We love AlpinHaus!

The service department has treated me incredibly well. I purchased my rig used and every interaction I’ve had with the service department has been first rate. A lot of RV dealers won’t work on a rig that wasn’t purchased at their facility. Big thumbs up to Michaela and Brian.
You have a selection of brand trailers. Service staff is always accommodating with scheduling. The service technicians are knowledgeable and professional.

RETURN MY CALLS AND FIX MY MOTOR HOME THAT THOR HAS AUTHORIZED. I WAS SENT HOME WITH SEVER AND POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS CRACKED PROPANE HOSES TO THE HEATING SYSTEM-WHICH HAS NOT WORKED CORRECTLYSINCE I GOT IT. I AM DISGUSTED!! I WANT IT FIXED AND IT IS SITTING IN MY DRIVEWAY, IN WHICH I CANNOT USE NOR EXPLAINED COMPLETELY OF THE SEVERITY OF THE ISSUE . I AM PAYING A LARGE SUM FOR A USELESS MOTOR COACH THAT I CANNOT USE.I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS COACH AND I AM GETTING NOW WHERE. I AM SICK OF THE MIDDLE CLASS CONSUMER BEING RIPPED OFF.
