Just looking for honesty , follow through and continuity. It seems as if the employee turnover is high.
Helpful staff that took the time to make sure the parts that were order were correct for the trailer.

Their products & personnel always dependable & friendly. My assigned regular technician, Jim Wall, always goes the "extra mile" to solve any of my pool issues, whether chemical, equipment or scheduling. I would definitely recommend Alpin Haus.

Communications. The team came several hours before the allotted window. The team was not friendly with my wife when she tried to communicate with them. They barely acknowledged her and were just in and out very quickly. We are both still learning about the pool and would love to chat with them to see what they have to do when closing the pool.

Service department is great, not so much for sales. Been a customer for many years as documented by my customer number. Over the years I have bought various items. A conversion van, skis, gas grill, a boat, and 3 jet skis.
My fault the last one I paid too much. It was a used unit and having used it very little and not liking it decided to trade it for a new 2025 GTI. Now is when I discovered I paid much too much for the used jet skis and this was carrying over to the purchase of the new one.
A variety of products to select from.The service department is second to none. They are always ready to help. The staff is attentive, professional and knowledgeable.
Had the manager on site to make sure the job was done right. Above and beyond! Great business.
After almost a year with our 2025 Georgetown GT5 that we purchased from the Alpin Haus we had a few issues. I called the Alpin Haus and spoke with the service department "David" I explained the issues with the RV and the Alpin Haus help with the issues and through Forest River and the Alpin Haus they resolved the issues and fixed out GT5.
We are very pleased with the service and service department.
I would highly recommend the Alpin Haus to anyone interested in RV.
PS: We live in New Hampshire almost 300 miles from the Alpin Haus

I like that. You got me right in and right out in the middle of a trip. So I didn't have to get a motel or nothing. Thank you very much for diagnosing. The problem and getting me on the road.
I made an appointment and drove an hour to Alpin Haus because I received a postcard from Thor about a recall only to find out that I was supposed to take it to a RAM dealer instead. That dealer is two minutes from my home. I had three other iitems which needed to be corrected, so I went to the waiting room while that work was done. After an hour and 45 minutes I decided to check on my vehicle and found it sitting out front with the work done but no one had bothered to tell me. I was just left sitting and waiting. I definitely do not feel like a valued customer.
Our tech was very knowledgeable.
Fast and friendly service
Brandon our sales rep was patient, kind and knowledgeable. Finance person (Mike?) was knowledgeable. This is our second RV purchase and the first from Alpin Haus. We would definitely purchase from Alpin Haus again. The entire experience was excellent. Product selection both new & used was great and again Brandon was a pleasure to deal with. Walkthrough was thorough and unrushed. We feel the prep fee charged was a poor value as some things were missed that we had to take care of ourselves. We will contact our sales rep shortly to address this shortcoming.
The slide out mechanism on our Imagine MLE22 started to not work correctly, so I got a hold of their service department. Teresa , one of the service advisers was able to get our camper fixed under our insurance. And thanks to Morgan , the technician who fixed it.
