The very best for me is I made a service request through the web site and I received a call when they opened and set up an appointment. They inspected an took care of two recalls. The dealership in Connecticut where we purchased our Fifth wheel failed to install one slide out topper, ALPINE HAUS Port Jervis got it done. Several phone calls were exchanged throughout the service .

The friendly considerate way I am treated when I come in for service or to buy a new camper. The technician that worked on my camper also came to me to tell me I might need a new anode for my hot water heater and directed me to the one I needed.

Everyone from Sales to Service and Parts are top notch...Everyone there was a pleasure to work with....Don Terpening our sales person was great....Keith Todd made the finance end a breeze and Ben in Service did a walk thru that left us very satisfied and we had service done and the two gentlemen who worked on our car and RV were wonderful....I left Alpin Haus satisfied and as their welcoming sign greeted us HAPPY CAMPERS...
