When we pick up our Motorhome after its been in for repairs we expect that it is ready to go. First day out and jacks would not come down and control panel not working. After much research we had to reset the pump controls in the battery compartment. Not not sure why they were touched.
We asked for a couple of interior parts to be replaced and some were not even addressed or discussed.
We were told plug for attaching trailer was OK. It wasn't and didn't work. We were told entry door was fixed, it was not.

2nd time my trailer was I. For the awning not working and it still took 3 attempts to open it . And they charged me both times and it still doesn’t work right

I was very grateful for the phone calls that I received telling me that my situation will be resolved as quickly as possible. They did tell me that they would reimburse me out the $332 though I have not been reimbursed yet. i’m hopeful going forward that everything will go smoothly without complications.. the service department is doing everything they can to make things right and I am very grateful for that.

Alpin Haus service department has been awesome (especially Randy the assistant service manager) in helping to resolve two minor issues we had with our new Imagine 2500Rl. In my opinion they went above and beyond to respond in a timely and effective manner, so I would highly recommend both the sales team (especially Don T) and service team (Randy).

I had a note in the fuse box I wanted to have shut off when pool was closed and it was left on

I was charged $100 more than the quote we were given for the pool closing and never received an itemized bill as to why.

I got charged $332 for a job that’s not completed details because I had to wait four months waiting for the parts to come in. Because the previous installer did not do the job right and caused issues. My refrigerator as of right now only works on gas does not work electric. Still waiting on the part for the refrigerator to work on electric in the refrigerator doors don’t shut right. I should’ve not been charged until the job was done right and completely. Very unsatisfied with the situation.

Easy process and fair pricing for winterization and storage. The spring tune up is also a great service as part of the winterization.

Took a long time to get an appt and more expensive than others
