We had a great experience with Brandon, he helped guide us through the whole process and we would love to work with him again. Chris gave us a great walk-through, Kyle and Amy did a great job handling the paperwork, and Mike was hilarious and made sure our trailer brakes worked before we left. I have had my RV winterized and stored at Alpine Haus in Amsterdam 2 times and each time I picked it up after it had been dewinterized I had problems with the rig on my first trip of the season. I wish that Alpine Haus would add a walk through of the RV to the pickup process. That is my only concern. Everything else about Alpine Haus I would rate a 9 and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Very friendly people , we got a nice deal on our camper

Bought a pre loved camper, outfitter was very helpful, showed us a couple campers ended buying the first camper we were shown, it fits our needs well. Jim the financing person was also very helpful for a smooth transaction. We spent a total of about five hours from sitting down with our outfitter till signing all the documents for the purchasing of our camper. Stopped into the camp store and bought a few items, they have everything you need for camping. Highly recommend Alpin Haus for your camper needs

The team was absolutely wonderful to work with

After bringing in mg RV for service it took several months to complete. When I was told it was done I was excited go finally get it back. Wheb I check the door to make sure it open and closes properly it did not. I have 3 small kids and there is no way they could open or close the door previously which is whh I brought it in. The door is not much better after the “repair”. The worker told me “oh well it’s not going to be perfect. How is this an acceptable answer? If there is a fire or hazard where my kids have to get in or out it would ge impossible and potentially life threatening. Completely not acceptable. Also when looking to upgrade and buy a new RV the same model elsewhere is $20,000 more at Alpin Haus and I’m told this is their best price. Why be loyal to your dealership anymore?.

Alpin Haus had the right trailer at the right price for me and my family.
